Anyone wanting to buy a property I would recommend trying to find your dream home through PRD Ballarat. Chris was a fantastic agent who helped us out in buying our very first home. Matt is also a fantastic agents who helped along the way. We have had a few let downs from other agents recently and to then find something with PRD really showed us just how a great real estate should be. Professional but still down to earth like you have known him your whole life. So thanks again Chris for all your help and support we both appreciate everything you did for us.

My wife and I first met Chris at an open home in our local area some time before we were even thinking of selling. When the time finally came to put the house on the market we knew that Chirs was our man. From the beginning Chris made us feel completely at ease, there was no pressure and nothing was too much trouble. He was respectful of our wishes and kept us up to date through out whole the process. We were so impressed with the advertising campaign, from the wonderful words Chris wrote about our home to the video he put together along with the professional photographers. At every step we new that Chris was on our side. He would even pop the kettle on and make us a coffee!! As busy working parents it was so refreshing to deal with such a genuine and kind bloke. If your selling a rural property, Chris is your man!! Hayden & Yasmin Ellis - Scarsdale

We were the purchases in this exchange and found Chris to be really helpful and low-key. We met the vendors and had a handover which was really useful, the vendors said they were happy and we said we were happy - you can't ask for more than that.

Chris Leonard is an outstanding real estate agent. We have sold and purchased four properties over the last year with Chris, and he has delivered outstanding service and results on all occasions. He has always achieved and usually surpassed our expectations with regard to achieving sale prices, closing deals quickly and being so available and attentive despite his vast client base. We recommend him without hesitation.

Tash has a well earned reputation for being the best agent in the region. I would not hesitate to recommend her, everything ran smoothly, she went out of her way to connect me with tradespeople to prepare the house, and I was kept completely in the loop throughout the sale process even though I was in a different State.
