Adam was incredibly helpful to us. He efficiently arranged a meeting to view the property that we were interested in and arrived on time to that meeting. He gave us plenty of details about the property and was happy to stay and chat with us for about 20 minutes. Once our offer was made, he kept the communication channels open and went out of his way to advise us about a positive acceptance on our offer on his day off. Very helpful, polite with a positive attitude.

I have dealt with a large number of real estate agents in my time however I have to admit being a first time seller of real estate in Ballarat I felt somewhat uneasy with the unknown. Plus living myself in Melbourne the distance away from my property added to me sense of unease!! However Tim made the process so simple and easy.
