Once I decided to purchase a property, I then had to discover the steps I needed to take. There was the need for a bank loan, then a solicitor was required, and finally all the requirements of the vendor had to be met. All of this was a little daunting and rather confusing at times, particularly the jargon, especially the legal language. Ebony was excellent at explaining everything to me, and was genuinely interested and patient to go over things that I had forgotten or not quite fully understood.
