We purchased a block of land from Tash in Creswick. Our situation was very unique, and Tash was extremely understanding. Tash is very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for your help.

Peter's knowledge of the local market proved invaluable to setting expectations and placing the property at the right level to get maximum interest. This resulted in multiple parties bidding the price above range and market average.

Understanding the local market, provided the experience to impart a realistic expectation in regards to price and options to achieve a sale that met our price and timeframe. A wonderful experience that met our expectations. I would recommend Penny Shields without any qualification to anyone seeking to sell their property in the Ballarat area.
