Tim has been a great agent though the whole sale of my house and helping us purchase a house. Tim was always ready to help and explain things when i didn't understand, he would always allow me to make discissions in my own time and explained everything myself and husband needed to know to make the proper decision. I would highly recommend Tim Allen, he was always reliable, shows great initiative and always does what's in the best interest of his client.
