It was great to get a decent summary of the condition of the house I purchased, knowing that it needed major work was made very clear to me by Tash and that approach made the decision making a lot easier. Looking forward to living in Clunes, thanks Tash.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give Penny 10! Penny was amazing with the sale of my house right from the very beginning. Penny gave me honest feedback when it came to ensuring we advertise for the right price. Penny’s communication was spot on ensuring I was up to date with every step of the way through my sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Penny to any of my family and friends

We engaged Jake to sell our property as we had had a good experience as purchasers when Jake was acting for the sellers. We found Jake to be extremely professional at the same time he was very friendly, timely and available. We would recommend Jake as an excellent Real Estate Agent if you are in the Area where he works.

Ebony was really lovely to deal with. She was friendly and accommodating with our queries. She even had a tape measure on hand when I had left mine at home over an hour away. Ebony went out of her way to assist with with utility issues just before settlement. Ebony was always available and followed up any queries immediately. Would highly recommend anyone to work with Ebony.

Chris was amazing throughout the entire process. We hadn’t bought a property in about 13 years and Chris just made it so easy. He was super approachable and his kind, calming nature and down to earth personality, made him very easy to deal with. We would recommend Chris to anyone and everyone. If we were ever in need of an agent again, Chris would be our number one pick!

Catharina is very courteous and conscientious Agent and goes well beyond the duties of a regular real estate agent. Kudos to Catharina as She was able to organize trades such as carpet/painting/Styling to give the property a facelift to ensure that we maximize our sale price. Nothing was a bother and she always was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her for the sale of any property that a vendor may wish to sell.
