Peter and the whole team very very helpful and committed to the successful sale of our house. Peter communicated every step of the way and was super helpful answering any of our questions. Than you so much for getting us an amazing deal.

Tim and PRD team did an amazing work in selling what was a truly hard sale. Based on the market today I was so impressed that Tim got me the price I needed to move on. Communication, 5 stars. Kept in touch every week with updates without fail, even when there was no update to give. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend Tim for all your property needs/enquiries.

From our first meeting with Jake where he showed he knew the market and could give us a reasonable evaluation of our property. He helped with ideas around displaying the property at its best. Jake had numerous people who were interested in similar properties ready to inspect the property. He helped get a great deal and kept us updated at every step

Tash was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. You made the process so much easier. Thank you!

What set Tim apart from the moment he first walked into our home was his genuine interest in understanding our needs, rather than simply providing a quote and leaving. He delivered on every promise he made, and his communication throughout the process was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always willing to explore different options to find the best solution for us. His professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-focused approach made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Could not recommend Tim highly enough! Thank you and the team.

Following an unfruitful 12 months with another agency, changed to Adam & Tash at PRD who sold the property within a week. Signs were promptly in place, they were set up to sell from the word go and actively sought buyers. Could not recommend them highly enough.
