After having 1 agent telling me to drop the price after a fortnight then to take it off the market after 2 months i was luck enough to have Damian get in touch with me and re gain some faith and trust that my house was worth its value and that it will sell as he was very realistic and not just looking for a quick sale and was prepared to be patient and was on the same wave length as i was and that the right person will come along as not all houses suit everyone’s needs..
