Chris has been an absolute delight to work with, through such a stressful time. Chris is so down to earth and has a way of keeping you calm through the unknown. Nothing was too hard or far fetched, and he made time for everything. Chris’s communication was above excellent and can definitely see why PRD would be classed as one of the best in town. Would highly recommend Chris to friends and Family. Thank you Chris, for helping us sell our home and buy our dream home!

Tash was very knowledgeable of the marketplace; she communicated well with both me and prospective clients. The property sold before we even got it on the market, and we got an excellent price for the property.

I was looking to purchase a house in Ballarat, however, was concerned about where to buy not being familiar with the suburbs of Ballarat. Catharina was the property consultant who spent a great deal of time organizing properties that she felt may be of interest. I found Catherina's approach to be open and honest with excellent communication and professionalism displayed. Catherina advise and marketing knowledge assisted me greatly in the decision process. The property that I did purchase was 3 Alwyn Court Mount Clear which was the first property Catherina had shown me. Throughout the process of the purchase Catherina has always been just a phone call away with prompt response to all my questions. Thankyou Catherina for your advice and assistance throughout the purchasing process. I would have no hesitation contacting Catharina in the future for buying and selling property. Highly Recommended Jennifer

Richard was very approachable and pleasant to deal with. He routinely provided prompt responses and seemed genuine and honest. His professionalism was well above that of many other agents we dealt with in the Ballarat area. We wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again in the future.

Penny listened to my valuation of my property with respect. She reassessed after an unsuccessful few weeks and explained the market situation clearly and honestly. She kept me appraised of every step of the selling process, reminded me of inspections leaving nothing to chance and I appreciated her turning off all the lights when she left! Well done Penny
