Chris was the agent for the property we purchased, from the get go out was the best experience one could hope for. Negotiating with the vendors was so easy & organising all the formalities of the sale was super fast. Great communicator too. We've known Chris for a long while, his expertise & commitment to everything is second to none. Thank you.

Chris was incredible to work with, when it came to purchasing a new home and selling ours. If we had any questions that he couldn’t answer, Chris would get on to it straight away. I don’t think agents get enough credit, and Chris definitely went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend PRD and Chris Leonard to anyone wishing to sell or buy. Definitely a 5+ star agent!

We could not be happier with how our sale went with Jake. He went above and beyond in every way possible and secured us a very quick sale in an extremely difficult market that saw comparative properties sitting for 6 month+ with no sale. Jake makes himself available 24/7, nothing is too much trouble, he is extremely proactive and is constantly problem solving and keeps ahead of any potential issues to keep everything in the campaign moving at a top shelf level. Jake made our sale relatively stress free and was a great support to us through a difficult time, and we will always be grateful to him for everything he did for us. We would recommend anyone thinking of selling to move forward with complete confidence that Jake and the team behind him will get you great results every time. Thank you so much Jake, you have made what we thought impossible, into a reality that has completely changed our lives for the better in every way. You really are a super star agent.

Knowledgeable. Very helpful and friendly.

Tim is a fantastic operator…customer focussed, knowledgeable, engaged around the process, and energised by delivering the sale. The communication Tim committed to, alongside his advice, saw a sale agreed to within a week or so of advertising the property.

We are first home buyers and new to Ballarat, a lot of anxiety around buying a new property, a workplace colleague referred us to Damien. He was aware of our situation and was very helpful in guiding us at each stage. He was culturally sensitive and accommodated our request for cultural ceremonies at the new house. We have found some defects in the inspection report that need to be fixed by the builder and Damien was helpful in liaising with the builder and got them look into most of it before the settlement date. We have no experience in buying properties, we felt we might not have come across a better agent than Damien in all honesty.

From the first engagement, Tash has been so easy to deal with. I believe her engaging personality is much appreciated by clients and she does not carry on with general sales waffle. Honest and reliable, her range of contacts with the local community is also very valuable.

Damian is very professional and supported us well to buy our first home. He is been very patient to explain the process and guiding us . Highly recomended due to keeping transparency between both parties.

Damian was professional from the outset giving me clear guidance on market trends, staging and presentation in order to maximise my properties likelihood of sale whilst managing my expectations. This provided a solid foundation to launch the property to market, resulting in a swift sale.

Tash rocks out. Not like Taylor Swift rocks out but more like a 1980’s glam rock reunion tour with Whitesnake, Poison and David Lee Roth

We were extremely lucky to have Damian as our agent. Throughout the process he has been communicating, going through each and everything in details and going above & beyond to assist us with our requirements. Extremely happy with the service. Thanks again for everything Damian
