We found Chris exceptional from start to finish. Although Chris butters his bread primarily on rural properties his knowledge of a more central living market was second to none albeit slightly out of his hitting zone. We felt Chris was almost part of the family , this being confirmed by him coming in before an open home and making himself a nice cup of English breakfast and lighting out wood fire. Straight up , to the point and achieved what we wanted in 8 days from listing to deposit. Highly recommend.
