We purchased a property through Tim and he was great at getting back to me with prompt information. This is important in the purchase process as you may have multiple offers in on places and sometimes the agent who gets back to you first will get the sale. I would recommend Tim from a purchaser or a vendors point of view as he also delivered a good price to the vendor.
