We were immediately reassured by Tim’s confidence and clarity in managing covid restrictions & people management for the house opening. House viewing was well managed & Tim was able to proficiently juggle the demands and questions of groups of interested parties. Tim provides up to date information about another property we were interested in viewing. Tim followed up with us at the end of the day as planned. As we expressed interest in purchasing the property, he kept us up to date with progress and discussions with interested parties. The process for purchase was stress free and we felt Tim took the time to know us and understand our priorities. I organised the viewings and Tim had no difficulty working with me as the lead purchaser and contact rather than my husband.
