Jason Abbott was the perfect agent to sell my house in Tweed Heads. Because I no longer live with the area, ( I now reside in Canberra ) I asked many local friends who they would use as an agent and they all recommended Jason of PRD. His office is perfectly located with the busy main Street of Coolangatta, which consequently gave my property 24 Hour 'advertising exposure', from photos of my property within his office display window. From just a few weeks advertising, on Auction day there were a record number of people attend my auction, and a record number that registered to bid. I was disappointed with his auctioneer, and on the day maybe Jason was to, but in the end the property sold. Jason is a young, smart, progressive and respected businessman of the local Tweed Heads and Coolangatta townships and will be a prominent member of the region whilst ever he wishes to be. I have no hesitation is recommending Jason Abbot of PRD Realty to any one in the future who wishes to use an honest Real estate Agent.

I would highly recommend Jason Abbot to anyone intending to sell/buy real estate. Jason was very professional from the very first meeting, and throughout the whole process of marketing he kept us informed, then at the auction the way he communicated with potential bidders, was able to get us a price well in in excess of the reserve. His office and staff are all very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
