We have bought and sold several properties, and Jason is definitely one of the best agents we have had. His personality was just so great, he was helpful, not pushy, nor did he promise the world like many agents do, he also was extremely professional, new the local market very well including how to attract the most genuine buyers. He has a quiet, trustworthy manner and kept us up to date every step of the way. We chose Jason, not only because of his market knowledge, which was excellent, but because of his friendly, trustworthy nature, which comes across when you meet him. He came to our first meeting very well prepared, he'd researched our property and the market, and had costs and ideas available right at that first meeting (unlike any of the other agents we met). Once we signed up with Jason, we were also in the hands of his extremely nice and capable team, Tess and Guy, who both thoroughly looked after us through the sale process. Jason and his team ended up achieving a fantastic price for our property and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell in the Tweed/Southern GC areas.
