As a first investment property buyer, Jason was always very prompt to reply to my queries either via email or phone, up to Auction day. It was also great to hear from him over the phone as Jason has quite a positive attitude and his calls were not too frequent, straight to the point and he would always remain uninstrusive. On Auction day, he was also of great help for my last minute checks! Overall, Jason was real easy to talk to, approachable, authentic and not pushy at all like some other agents I sometimes come across, which is a trait that triggers me.
