Jason and his team, Tess and Guy were a delight to work with. From the outset we had established we preferred a quick sale, no mucking around -lets just get the job done. That is exactly what we got! Their team had our marketing options fully prepared and as changes were required they happened quickly and with a minimum of fuss. When contract time came their negotiations were gentle but to the point. They were always available for queries and were an easy group of people to deal with. I have used the services of Jason Abbott from PRDCoolangatta to purchase and to sell my Gold Coast properties of Blue C and Ocean Plaza Resort. He has always been friendly, professional and very efficient at all times as well as very knowledgeable re the market. He was also reliable in that, if not available when I made contact to enquire or request feedback, he would always get back to me by phone or text asap and would often call to keep me informed. He made good suggestions during the period concerned and always followed my instructions. Jason is experienced, confident and obviously passionate re his work.

Didn't have much to do with Jason in person other than a small but detailed appraisal of a series of units within the same complex. The Unit being a holiday let, generally sold itself, however the following management by Jason to sale was seamless!

I was in contact with Jason over a number of years while I was considering the sale of my unit in Tweed. He did not harass me in any way and allowed me the time to make my own mind up. When I did decide to sell Jason was very professional and made no promises he could not keep. He was honest about the price I should expect and I got that in a very short space of time. I could not have asked for me in respect to communication form him during the sale process and was kept in the loop on everything. I have no problem in recommending Jason to anyone looking for a honest reliable non pushy person to sell their property promptly and professionally.
