Efficient and Responsive
We have recently exchanged on an investment property. Tracey had valued the property for us a few months earlier unaware that selling was even an option and then managed to exceed the top end figure she suggested which was a pleasant surprise. From the day we spoke to Tracey to advise we wanted to sell we only had a few weeks to have the contracts exchanged and she never once said that this would be impossible. The challenge was accepted and the result achieved with 5 days to spare. Her communication with us during this time was terrific, she never left a question or concern unanswered. Tracey made the whole process pleasant and hassle free.

Move made easy

Greg made selling our house so easy.
Selling our house was always going to be an emotional time because of the memories of family that makes a mere house a home so when we chose Greg to help us through this journey, we knew he was going to be sensitive yet professional. From beginning to end (and it was a quick journey with multiple offers at the top end of our asking price within the first week) Gregs guidance , knowledge and his experience helped make us feel confident and able to say good bye with comfort to all those memories and look forward to the next house we now call home. Haywards Bay Land Sale
We made an excellent choice employing Greg Pollard from PRD Dapto to assist in selling our block of land. He had a large database of interested potential buyers that he contacted straight away. Once the block had been advertised we had multiple offers. Greg used his negotiating skills to lock in an great price which we were extremely happy with and it was above the asking price. We will be going with Greg again when buying or selling.
