Paula was a professional and Courteous real estate agent that gives the impression she is great her her job and enjoys matching people to a house that they can call home. I've never sold a house before so Paula and Prd real estate was helpful to help me get the most for the property and willing to spend the time to tell me what the process of selling a house will be and how to get the most for the property and there competitive commission price are great she had all the advertising that the house needed for a quick sale that got numerous people through the door for inspections and got me over the asking price. In the future for buying a property or another sale of a property and I'm still in the Illawarra area I'll be in contact with Paula Clarke and Prd real estate.

He was professional, honest, efficient, and managed to get me an official offer within the price range from the very first open which then led to the sale. I like an agent that keeps me up-to-date throughout the entire sale process and Cliff fit the brief perfectly. In a tough market where the buyers had the upper hand, Cliff had to deal with a few difficult people along the way but in the end managed to secure us a buyer although at a price where we had to suck it up given the market conditions. I've dealt with many agents in my time and I'd have to say Cliff is right up there in as far as all of the qualities you need in an agent. If I had another property to sell, Cliff would be the guy to do so, no hesitation.
