We had a wonderful experience. Marnie guided us through the process of sale, advising on what works we should complete first before marketing that would enhance our chance of sale. At our request she took the reigns and managed all trades people for us including cleaners, handyman and gardener. This made the process so much easier at our end. She had excellent market knowledge and we felt comfortable to be completely guided by her and her regarding advertising, price range and open homes. She kept us in the loop and was kind, reassuring, honest and straight forward. We are so grateful to Marnie for a great experience and will be returning to her for future real estate projects.
