Five star service
Andrew was extremely competent in handling my purchase. He arranged for an extra inspection so that my daughter who was visiting from Canberra was able to see the house. He answered all my questions promptly and ensured that all necessary paperwork was completed with a minimum amount of fuss. I would very happily recommend him to any prospective buyers.

Friendly, understanding and reassuring
Kevin and Darren are the epitome of professional. They were always impeccably presented and very professional and organised at each open home. They always communicated promptly after each open house and were sympathetic and reassuring when I was getting frustrated and stressed with the whole selling and buying process. I always felt that they were on “my side” during all our communications and negotiations.

Very satisfied with Stefanie and Haylee
We recently decided to sell our unit in Warrane which has been managed by PRD for several years and we would use the same company for the sale. Definitely picked the right duo to sell my property
I felt comfortable straight away with Kevin and Tim . Having never sold a property before and coming into the market in what turned out to be an extremely quick changing environment, could have been a total disaster without Tim and Kevin's positive attitude, professionalism, marketing strategies and friendship throughout the whole process.
