We approached Andrew to sell our Westerway house because he had sold our previous house in Fentonbury in 2015. We are pleased that Andrew sold Westerway quickly at the second attempt (from two years earlier). We had to push for a higher advertised asking price though, Andrew seemed to think the market had not changed in our favour. Our stance was justified when we received a cash offer well above what he was thinking it was worth. This is why I have given him only 4 stars for market knowledge and negotiation.
