Agent with Good Local Knowledge
When I first approached Andrew over a year ago, I was very impressed by his local knowledge and valuable advices. That won me over. After I engaged Andrew to put up my land for sale, I was slightly disappointed by the complete lack of communications. I haven't heard from him for some 6 months until he informed me by email about a potential buyer. I would expect more inputs from him during the negotiation phase.

Fantastic agent
I faced many challenges after the offer of a contract of sale was made. Kevin was extremely helpful and positive throughout the whole process and kept the vendor updated on my progress and went out of his way to make sure the vendor was onside at all times and also made sure she never lost faith in me or the sale process. Could not thank him enough for his efforts.

Excellent Agent!
Nathan & I just purchased our new home & Kevin was the agent, we were quiet nervous & unsure about things as we are both first home buyers.
