To be honest I was disappointed in the lack of communication, after the 1st month I received an email to inform me the numbers that had hit my property on the website but then for the next 4-5months there was nothing, nothing until I decided to inform Kevin that I was taking my property off the market due to lack of interest. I was told there had been people walking the boundaries after I informed of my decision. On signing to Kevin to sell my property I was informed that the real estates commission and fees was capped at $3000.00, but when I received the paper work from my solicitor the real estates commission has come in at $4069.00
