Outstanding!
We found working with Kevin from start to finish was easy. From signing contract, to arranging signage, inspections and to the final negotiation was done with confidence. He was always punctual, transparent and cheerful to deal with. With no experience with selling real estate in 28 years, he made it seem so easy. We loved the added touch of the video as part of his selling approach. Highly recommend Kevin for any real estate needs.

Outstanding communication, energy and Integrity
Tim Cordwell went above and beyond our expectations. We have previously listed 4 other houses with different agents and we certainly did not see the same level of energy or communication that we saw from Tim. Our house was sold promptly and for more than we expected.Tim is approachable, modest, hardworking and honest. We can not recommend Tim Cordwell highly enough.

Andrew really is a pleasure to deal with and has an approachable and understanding nature and is not pushy or self serving (contrary to dealings I have had with some other agents!).
