I am writing this review based on honest experience for the sale of my property through Mele and her agency PRD Hurstville. It is not my intention to tarnish anyone’s professional reputation but unfortunately Mele showed an extremely unprofessional side towards me. I clearly stated to you Mele not to advertise the sale price of my property anywhere. Instead you decide to print a couple hundred flyers with the headline - “JUST SOLD - A great price achieved at auction” alongside a photo of my property and price clearly displayed in big red writing and distributed them off in letter boxes in your local area. It’s obvious this move was done all for pure greed and clout for your personal brand and agency. It’s unfortunate that you do not respect the privacy of your vendors even after I told you multiple times not to disclose the sale price not on any platform. Beside this, I found Mele to be extremely rude and arrogant at times. On one occasion she said ‘I don’t have the time to talk to you on auction day’. To me that suggests Mele is trying to jump into a rushed sale process and does not respect the opinion of Vendors within the sale. I honestly don’t know how such an unprofessional agent can achieve the title of ‘highest rated’ agent in Hurstville especially with how rude she was to me. Hopefully you can learn how to respect people’s privacy in the future after they give you clear instructions not to display their sale price online. Very disappointed to say the least.
