SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE
In our first venture into having someone handle an investment property for us, my wife and I have found Simone and her team to be extremely professional and to have an acute attention to detail. The communication has been clear, concise and to the point from day one - helping us to find a suitable tenant, and then to assist us with all the relevant paperwork requirements, explaining every finer detail if and when we needed. The best yet.
In our 20 years of property investing we have had very few competent property managers. Casey and the team at PRD have been terrific managing our properties and Casey's communication has been first rate. Couldn't recommend Casey high enough, thanks.
