From our first phone contact Rory took the time to listen to what I was looking for and delivered me exactly that. He was polite, considerate, always on the ball but not pushy, made every effort to negotiate with owners on my behalf to bring everything together with a final deal that suited both the owners and myself. He was prepared to think ‘outside of the box’ and make constructive suggestions in negotiations. Rory was easy to communicate with, was quick to respond to correspondence and had a very generous way about him that made nothing feel like a bother (even though it likely was), he was patient and respectful at all times.
