From our first phone contact Rory took the time to listen to what I was looking for and delivered me exactly that. He was polite, considerate, always on the ball but not pushy, made every effort to negotiate with owners on my behalf to bring everything together with a final deal that suited both the owners and myself. He was prepared to think ‘outside of the box’ and make constructive suggestions in negotiations. Rory was easy to communicate with, was quick to respond to correspondence and had a very generous way about him that made nothing feel like a bother (even though it likely was), he was patient and respectful at all times. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dane and his team when purchasing a property, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. We had a very limited timeframe to find the right property, at the right price point and get contracts exchanged, which made the process particularly challenging, but Dane absolutely overdelivered. From the beginning, he was proactive, responsive and willing to go above and beyond to help us get everything across the line. As purchasers, it's not often that you come across a real estate agent who makes you feel genuinely supported throughout the process, but Dane did exactly that. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him. Being an active mortgage broker who works in the industry, I can really appreciate that Dane made what could have been a stressful and complicated process far smoother than we expected.
