Lara from PRD was excellent in leasing a property for me. The advertising was great which got people interested then a couple of open houses. Plenty of application which they combed through to find the most appropriate tenant that suited the home. Between Jill and her they covered all the bases in reviewing the criteria of potential tenants so i felt happy they knew who would be the best long term tenant for the property. I have been dealing with Lara Kennedy at PRD Nationwide Kyogle since beginning my build at Kyogle. Upon completion in January, Lara took the reins and looked after my investment property, having it leased withing 2 weeks. Not only that, her local knowledge allowed me to use local contractors to complete the build. And it goes beyond that, her assistance in other areas such as IT connection went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend Lara to look after your investment.
