We recently had the pleasure of buying this lovely old cottage through Rob Horder at PRD Kyogle. I can't recommend him highly enough as the process of selling our property in Qld was complicated & Rob was always available to take my phone calls, ease my concerns, help in any way & is a lovely, honest man of principle who doesn't beat about the bush. To be able to fully trust a realtor is a huge relief to people relocating to a new region & we found him extremely knowledgable in the entire area & happy to share information & advice. At no time was Rob pushy or impatient & we heartily recommend him for all of these attributes to any client.

We gave our property to sell to Robert Horder of PRD Realty in Kyogle because town rumour had it that he was the best in the town to register with and had the best sales records. However, our property was on and off the market due to indecision, mainly to do with age and maintenance as we were finding it difficult to do the upkeep, mowing and trimming, gardening etc. and so our temperament fluctuated. Robert had to cope with this on and off arrangement, but never complained. Real Estate agents we have dealt with before can be "pushy" and trot any buyer whether they are relevant or not in and out of our properties. Robert on the other hand was most discerning only brought clients to our door when there was a possibility of a sale so we weren't inundated with curious sight see-ers. He always seemed casual about clients and we often thought he was too casual to initiate a sale but realised later that he did a lot of negotiating behind closed doors without having to bother us with the details, unless they were relevant. Robert achieved the price we asked for our property and the sale proceeded to a very satisfactory and professional conclusion for which we thank him and his staff. BETT TAYLOR of KYOGLE. 2018

Robert was welcoming to a couple of strangers to the area, his local knowledge was reliable and a real bonus. As a buyer and owner of four properties I could appreciate that Robert was working for the vendor, and he was giving nothing away as to Vendors guaranteed sale price. And I was giving nothing away when walking around the property as to how excited I was, it was ticking a lot of boxes. A price was offered and we drove away. Before we got 10 km down the road a few phone calls later the price negotiated up a little and was agreed to. If it wasn’t for Roberts recommendation we would not have the property today, our finance fell through and Robert suggested a different broker that come up trumps. But the best part of the whole deal was after our finance had fallen through he held off another buyer that wanted to garzump us with a cash offer. He knew we had our heart set on this property, and I was in a panic. But Robert said he would not offer it to another buyer until we had exhausted all possibilities of raising finance. A gesture that’s I thought was incredibly generous and out of character for a real estate agent. Given that we had returned to other side of world to complete the negotiations and the raising of finance this was of enormous relief. I would recommend Robert certainly from a buyer point of view in a heart beat. And I hope we can deal with him in the future. Tony & Jeanette Edwards. Abu Dhabi UAE.
