I’m usually very wary of what a vendor’s agent tells me. I brought this wariness to my dealings with Robert, but very quickly came to see that it was uncalled for. He has that rare quality amongst agents of being very open and honest. That didn’t mean he didn’t act in the vendor’s interests, but merely that he didn’t sell his soul or principles in doing so.
