During the sale of one of our family properties Robert has been efficient and has providedexcellent service throughout the sale.His marketing strategy for this property worked really well capturing two firm buyers within7 days, The property sold at the listed price.While the actual sale went through quickly I had the problem of finding suitable people to work on the property and do various tasks and also living three hours away this posed quite a problem. Robert was able to take all that worry away from me by sourcing suitable honest people to get the house prepared for settlement. The property had not been lived in for two years so there was quite a bit of work involved. Robert Horder is a very nice genuine agent showed us around many properties educated us to the area and stayed patient when we couldn't find what we wanted.
