We had been looking to purchase property for sometime, travelling from the Sunshine Coast to Northern NSW. We stopped at Kyogle on our way home one late Saturday afternoon, we found where home would be. We have been clients of PRDnationwide Kyogle for five years; first as managers for our rental property over that time and more recently as vendors when we decided to sell our property. I cannot recommend the service of Rob and his team more highly. In regards to property management the service has far surpassed that of other agents I have used in the past – our rent was always on time and periodic inspections were carried out on time with reports forwarded to us without delay. Whenever we have needed property repairs these were arranged promptly. With a change in circumstances we made the decision to sell our property late last year and had no hesitation in contracting Rob to facilitate this for us. Rob kept us informed throughout and has worked exceptionally hard to achieve a sale. The whole process has been seamless and hassle free. Rob has made a good success of his business in the ways that count – honesty, straight forwardness and excellent market knowledge. We will be sad to no longer be customers of PRDnationwide Kyogle and if we find ourselves looking to re—enter the investment property market I would have no hesitation in using PRD’s services again.
