I would like to thank Robert Horder and his team at PRD Kyogle for the successful sale of my property at Green Pigeon. Following the sudden death of my husband I tried selling my home myself on the internet and had a not very happy experience with another agent that done nothing for me. We signed agency agreements with Robert and the two other Kyogle agents towards the end of July 2015. We named the same price to each agent and Robert's estimate of value was above that of the other agents. He contacted us with a potential purchaser about a month later and kept us well informed during the negotiations. Contracts were exchanged on 25 September 2015 at a price which was close to our asking price and with which we were happy. Robert's fees for commission and marketing were higher than the other agents, but we feel that the results have more than justified the expense.
