PRD Oatley has been managing our rental properties for over 20 years. In particular Hayley Green has been a pleasure to work with and a real asset to her team. Hayley understands the importance of building a good relationship with her landlords and tenants. She is very responsive to any queries or issues that arise from both sides. We trust her to be able to find the best tenants for our properties and she manages the rental with professionalism. We would highly recommend Hayley and PRD Oatley.

As a landlord, having someone care for my home the way I would is really important. My new Property Manager, Steve, has been a welcome change since my previous manager moved on. So far, my experience has been nothing but positive. Steve is attentive, professional, easy to deal with, and consistently responsive. Communication is clear and friendly, and I feel confident that both my property and my tenants are being well looked after.

Our property manager is prompt to contact us about any issues but also provides us with solutions or quotes and is happy to supervise and oversee trades if we need it. I am sure that our tenants also appreciate that matters are dealt with quickly. Marketing, advertising and vetting tenants is done professionally and the downtime with no rent coming in has been minimal.

We had the pleasure of meeting Hayley to manage our property, via a referral. It quickly became obvious that she’s a very good communicator, highly experienced, empathetic to both landlord and tenant needs and someone who has proven to be very reliable. We feel we could speak to Hayley about any property issue and it’ll be dealt with quickly and professionally. We would not hesitate to also recommend and refer Hayley to any prospective landlord.

Hayley has been managing the leasing of my property for several years and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is highly professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved. Hayley is extremely responsive and proactive — any tenant queries or issues are always handled promptly and smoothly, which gives me great peace of mind. My most recent leasing process was seamless thanks to her strategic thinking, thorough planning, and clear communication throughout the entire process. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is well managed, and I always feel confident knowing my property is in such capable hands. I am truly grateful to have Hayley as my agent and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding property management or leasing services.
