Throughout the time we've worked together, Van and his team have consistently demonstrated a high level of competence and commitment. He communicated clearly and regularly, kept me informed of all developments, and offered sound advice on pricing and presentation that led to a quick reletting with minimal vacancy. The team also coordinated inspections, maintenance, and tenant enquiries seamlessly, ensuring that the property was kept in excellent condition and the transition between tenants was smooth. The new lease was secured promptly, and I'm confident that the tenants were thoroughly screened and vetted. Overall, I've found PRD Oatley to proactive, reliable and professional. We are first time property owners in Allawah who are renting out our property having purchased from PRD Oatley. Having been recommended Ms Kristy Whitbread the senior property manager from the selling agent, we took his recommendation. Our dealings with Kristy to date have been hassle free, nothing is an issue for her even answering emails and phone calls after hours. We have found her to possess very effective communication and interpersonal skills, informing us of all necessary actions, keeping us at all times updated on issues in a timely manner, calm and considered, and very pleasant and professional to deal with.
