They inspire no confidence. James is the ultimate calm and reassuring professional. He was terrific dealing with my elderly mother the vendor, and clearly explained the method of sale, auction and market issues to my sister and I who assumed conduct of the sale. I cannot recommend James too highly. I have already given his name to 2 persons and intend to continue to do so when the opportunity permits.
