This is the second time I have used James to sell property in Oatley. This latest sale was my Brothers Unit after he unfortunately was ill and could no longer live in his unit. It can be stressful trying to sell a property at the best of times, but during a pandemic with another lockdown looming is a whole other story. Somehow though, Dean's hard work and professionalism made the experience seem easy and effortless. Dean was excellent to deal with and was able to work with us in getting us to view the property not on the listed open times. Since we were successful at auction Dean has been very accommodating allowing us to inspect the property a number of time s and allowing trades etc in before settlement. Would highly recommend Dean!
