Very competent, spot on with market issues, good working relationship, professional.
James is a no-nonsense, straight-forward professional Agent. It is tiring and embarrassing to see real estate personnel who are pushy, wearing 'zoot-suits' and overly-imaginative hair cut. They inspire no confidence. James is the ultimate calm and reassuring professional. He was terrific dealing with my elderly mother the vendor, and clearly explained the method of sale, auction and market issues to my sister and I who assumed conduct of the sale. I cannot recommend James too highly. I have already given his name to 2 persons and intend to continue to do so when the opportunity permits.

Dependable and professional

A great sales price acquired as a result of a professional, well run sales campaign.
James Walter's understanding of the local property market together with a really well run sales campaign was instrumental in obtaining a sales price way beyond what I expected. His team worked well together facilitating a large amount of inspections which ultimately led to a high number of bidders. James is a good communicator and kept me informed of progress at all times. James was very efficient, always returned my calls and enquiries and always pleasant to deal with.
James knows the market and was careful to control our expectations. He knew the right time to call an auction and in the end everything went very well. Although it is a very stressful time, James kept us calm and he was always in control.
