Our darling mum passed away the end of Jan 2021. COVID complicated things and we needed to decide what to do with our mum’s property. Over many years the family had used PRD in Oatley for various property purchases. And now we needed to sell, or should we rent?! One of us lived in Oatley and the other in California. We interviewed PRD and other realtors and finally decided upon PRD, or more specifically, Dean We could never have got thru the sale of our mum’s property without Dean. He was patient and understanding as went thru this difficult time. Dean made such a difference and we are so grateful that we went with PRD. With time zone differences it felt like Dean worked around the clock for us. We were always communicated in a timely manner – whether via FaceTime, texts, emails or old fashioned phone calls. Not everything went as planned, yet because Dean was so on top of things, we never felt blind-sided or that our best interests were not as paramount to Dean, as they were to us. Dean truly was the perfect man for our job! Realtors get a bad rap from time to time, and sometimes rightly so. Dean is a standout exception. We feel so blessed to have worked with Dean. It’s been a tough year, compounded by COVID, and Dean made it easier on us. We know our mum would have been thrilled with the result Dean achieved.
