We interviewed a couple of agents first and weren't comfortable (you'll have to paint over your bedroom stars/sky ceiling because the Chinese won't like that). James had been recommended by a number of local friends and by openagent.com.au, and we were immediately impressed by him and his great team, so signed him up on the spot. His fees were comparable to the others, but he is very friendly, helpful and his team seems very active and experienced. Would recommend him and his team.
