Many thanks to James and the whole team at PRD Nationwide Oatley, especially Jack, Dean & Kylie, who did an excellent job in successfully marketing and selling our family home. Special thanks also to Steve Pratt, the auctioneer selected by James, who carried it off superbly. We had done some homework when selecting an agent and we were particularly impressed by James' unique team approach to the auction process. All of his team attended and supported the event proactively. This was the critical point of difference between him and his team compared to the other agents we had canvassed. I'll admit we were a bit nervous about selling, not having sold property via auction before, but James' patiently delivered explanations, done well in advance, of what to expect on the day and all the possible outcomes really helped. We were kept up to date all through the marketing process with regular phone calls from James as well as emailed progress reports of inspections and formal letters (thank you Carolyn in sales support). James always held a good positive attitude, was a pleasure to deal with and was generous with his time in meeting face to face. I'd highly recommend him and his whole team to any prospective seller.

Dean was extremely professional, knowledgeable and in my case in particular, very hard working. Not only was this the first time I had been involved in the sale of a property, but I was also living interstate during the time, so needed to find someone I trusted would do everything to ensure that I ended up with the best result. Dean did all of that and then some. He provided me with a detailed report on the area, and set my expectations about the process and final result with the utmost sincerity. Dean also went above and beyond by helping to facilitate last minute labourers to have the property "refreshed" prior to sale, without which I know that I wouldn't have gotten the result I did.
