We cannot thank Jeremy and his team enough for the service they provided with the sale of our property. I work long hours and Jeremy went out of his way to fit in with my schedule when ever needed. Although competitors offered a lower percentage on the sale, they were not listening to what we wanted from the sale of our property. Jeremy sat with us and was honest and realistic in what we could ask and achieve. Our house went on the market four weeks before Christmas and we had exchanged before Christmas. If people missed out on a property close by he would recommend them to take a look through other properties that matched their needs and got people coming through the property. Jeremy new the value of the area we lived and also found the right people to fit into our small neighbourhood, we have had great neighbours and wanted great neighbours to fit in.
