Daniel and the rest of the leasing team at PRD were so helpful during my search for a new apartment. Due to a change in circumstances i needed to break my lease with my old apartment, the old leasing agent then started trying to scam me and charge added extras however i had the Team at PRD to back me up and sort it for me! Through the whole process they have reassured and advised me the best course of action, and they have made the process for starting our new lease straight forward and easy! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Each individual I've dealt with from the person I met during the site inspection, to the individual who managed the listing, to the receptionist when I picked up the keys all seemed thoughtful and genuine. Process was efficient, digitised and therefore quick & easy. After moving in, the condition report was also digitised which made it easy to complete and make notations. Any issue I raised was dealt with quickly and subsequent property management has been interactions have been easy....almost to easy. I ask a lot of questions and the Property Manager, Daniel, has been patient & thorough. The business seems to have mature professionals who know what they're doing so there's a sense of calm and common sense in how they operate. A refreshing change in an industry littered with questionable people who lack industry knowledge & professionalism. I would recommend PRD as a tenant and would engage with them on a house purchase. Good local business!

This is a quick review to say renting a property was very straightforward via PRD Maroubra, from visiting the property we had done all the paperwork in a matter of 3-4 days and had the rental locked in. There have been a few issues with the property but they were all resolved very quickly in under 24hrs.

Very thankful to Guy Bezzina who made the entire process of inspecting and subsequently obtaining my very first rental in Sydney such a pain-free and easy process! Guy was friendly and kind, and he meticulously showed us all relevant spaces including the garage and additional storage areas. He also allowed us to take our time to view the apartment and patiently answered all our questions. Grateful for his kind help!
