Working with Daniel has been a breath of fresh air. After past property managers who had little time to discuss our investment property and leasing strategy, Daniel's approach stood out immediately. He's been genuinely attentive to us as overseas owners dealing with a large time difference, and he ran the quickest leasing campaign. We've had a HUGE improvement after our last PM struggled to get it done. Highly recommend working with PRD!

Daniel Moddel and PRD Perez were excellent throughout our leasing campaign. They leased the property after just one inspection. Their market knowledge was impeccable from setting the right price to attracting prospective tenants, processing applications efficiently, and securing a tenant quickly. Communication was outstanding, particularly as we were overseas. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

The agents were always keeping us in the loop of necessary additions to cover us as landlords and acted very professionally on our behalf always.

Professional and knowledgeable property management agents. We have been using PRD for a long time and have recently returned after a disastrous experience with a separate agent from a different company. Guy has always been honest, courteous, fair & straightforward. Annual property inspections done like clockwork and prompt updates regarding the property. Would highly recommend.

Daniel and Sam were both very approachable and knowledgeable about the market. The tenant was carefully selected and we were assisted with works that were needed prior to the tenants arrival. Best experience

Daniel worked meticulously to secure tenants within a week, an extremely favourable and desirable outcome. This presumably reflects his knowledge of the market as well as his engaging communication style. I am very thankful.

A huge THANK YOU once again to our agents, Daniel and Guy from PRD, for securing yet another successful tenancy for our property. Our agents took care of everything from the get-go and kept us constantly updated as and when required. As an owner, I have always taken a hands-off approach and have entrusted the process to the market experts. We have been with PRD for several years now and they have always ensured all our properties are well looked after.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from the team managing our unit in Coogee. They secured an excellent tenant incredibly quickly and achieved an amazing rental price, making the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. A huge thank you to Sam, Guy, Daniel, Gurvinder, Parisa, Roger and Paul for being so professional, responsive and proactive throughout. The whole team has been fantastic to deal with and we’ve felt confident knowing our property is in such capable hands. We highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely goes above and beyond. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Daniel is incredible. He's been leasing properties out for our family for many years, and this one was all up, opened, leased and finalised within a week, well above market rate. He found an excellent tenant. Will continue to use and recommend Daniel always.
