The renting process is smooth with advertisement and open house inspection. thank you . However, the communication between the new tenant of getting keys to move in the unit need further improvement for the logistic arrangement . The communication between the agent and me also need some improvement so that I know what is going on such as providing me with a timely statement . I missed this monthly statement for a few months already since mid 2020.
