Having sold and built 3 other houses in Sydney we were amazed at the professionalism of Dane and his team. We were always kept in the loop, everything we said he did but advised us with every aspect of the process he was honest and forthright with us all along. He treated us with great respect through every process and we were really pleased with the outcome at the end and we accepted his advice as he acted on every concern we had and really supported us through every step superbly thanks Dane.

Dane is a very friendly hard working Real Estate Agent. From the beginning we found him to be very honest and helpful. He kept us up to date with all the inspections and the movement on the market each week. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property in the area. Thanks Heaps Dane. Well done.

We have used Dane previously and once again, he performed quickly and professionally and sold our house for us. We would recommend Dane and his team very highly to anyone looking to sell or buy.

We originally purchased our house through Dane with out any hassles and terms that suited us. When it came time to sell this property to downsize we went straight to PRD/Dane. The market was a bit sluggish but Dane persisted and came up with a new stratergy that proved a winner. He kept us fully informed at all times and went out of his way to make the sale easier for us.

Dane was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to help us even coming in on his saggy off to meet us. Kept us in the loop the whole time and made the whole process very easy.

Dane and his team sold our investment property in three weeks after we changed from another local real estate agency. As a busy working professional couple we were immediately impressed with the level of professionalism, honest appraisal, and planning that inevitably sold our property. The frequency and detail of correspondence during the sale of our property was outstanding. If your looking for a genuine, hard working real estate team with outstanding local property knowledge we would highly recommend Dane and his team.

Dane and Meg recently helped us to purchase our dream house in Fingal Bay. I can't praise them highly enough. They were both friendly and efficient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I highly recommend them. Thanks Dane and Meg.

Dane is a very committed and professional agent to deal with, great communication and excellent back up from his team at PRD Nationwide. He provides regular verbal and written reports on all potential buyers and follows up inspections to accurately gauge buyer perceptions of the property and its value. His local market knowledge and extensive sales experience make him an obvious choice when considering an agent to manage your property sale. His property value estimate proved to be very accurate and I would be happy to list with Dane Queenan and PRD Nationwide when I choose to sell my next property.
