Ryan and Dane are young, enthusiastic and honest agents. Their experience and knowledge of the area helped us achieve an excellent result at auction that far exceeded our expectations. Good job guys!

Our first impression of Dane Queenan was his promptness in calling on us for our first appointment with him. We appreciated his love of our home and also his open opinion of the current market as well. We are all very busy people today, but greatly appreciated the amount of time he spent with us. Dane's smart appearance and attention to detail, we will always remember. We wish him well for his future endeavours. Yours sincerely Robert & Barbara Spence

Was amazed when our unit was listed one day, had an offer next day and contracts signed for full price next day. Had not expected such a speedy sale - although new owners were keen to occupy before Christmas.

Dane and Ryan were always available. Even well after normal business hours. I really appreciated this as they were always there to answer lots of questions when we asked them. Selling my own house at the same time as buying this house, I have to say I really respected the way Dane and Ryan represented their clients best interests, while at the same time helped orchestrate a mutually suitable deal. I was not so lucky with my own agents, whom I felt were more interested in working for the buyer. I respect Dane and Ryan's integrity. When the deal was done and we started moving into our new home, we received a beautiful gift hamper, which again, I think is indicative of their level of service and character. Conversely, I didn't even get a 'best wishes' from my own agent. Chalk and cheese experiences. I happily and sincerely advocate Dane and Ryan as consumate professionals.

PRD are simply the best real estate team we have been associated with ~40years of property transactions. Ryan is super friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is the most obliging & available person to work with. He always worked around us, we didn't have to accommodate him. PRD give you the right information at the right time. They know how to broker a "win-win" for vendor and purchaser. When you sign the contract through PRD you feel comfortable & confident you are making the correct move. PRD carry a strong recommendation from us. We'd be only too willing to use them again.

Dane is an excellent operator. I have dealt with him on many occasions for either the purchase or sale of property in the Nelson Bay area. My only issue with Dane is that he does not sell properties in the Newcastle area as he is outstanding at his job! I would recommend Dane to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property.

I found Dane and his colleague Ryan Hards to be very helpful in finding me a house to purchase. They were always quick to respond to my enquiries and contacted me when suitable properties became available. Great job. I would recommend using their services.
