We listed our property with Dane during our first meeting, realising he had a thorough understanding of the market. Our property sold at the first open home and Dane achieved a result that exceeded our expectations. Dane is a friendly, confident and highly skilled agent and whom we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I was very satisfied with Dane Queenan and the PRD team at Shoal Bay. I was surprised with the excellent professional service and communication with every step of the sale process. PRD had wonderful knowledge of the area and created a great result with ease and no complication. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

We first dealt with Dane when purchasing the house we just sold; again we went to him first when we were looking at a second home and potential investments. He has alway been trustworthy and honest and treats you like a business partner rather than a potential income stream. He has great ideas for marketing and keeps you informed sll the way., The best agent in Port Stephens!

We're delighted to have engaged Dane to sell our investment property. His support, ideas and professional approach to the sales process and ongoing communication with us has been outstanding. The result was even better, with his quite obvious sales negotiation skills. We highly recommend Dane for real estate transactions.

After buying our first property from Dane and PRD as the agent, we were so please with his professionalism, knowledge of the market and his open honesty that we wanted to buy an additional investment property. With no knowledge on what to purchase, Dane gave us great advise on the market trend and where to look for a solid investment. Dane shows a real interest in the concerns of his clients, goes above and beyond to make sure they make the right choice and gives you straight information to make the best decision. At all levels he communicated all pieces of information and follows through on all commitments and questions. We would definatly use Dane and PRD again in the future and highly recoemmend him to all needing a realestate agent. Bob and Judi

Once we explained what type of property we were after and also our budget restraints Dane did not waste our time looking at homes that did not suit. We met Dane on Thursday and he showed us 4 properties that were within our guidelines. He suggested that we would really like the property that we purchased and he was spot on. The deal was completed the following day with no fuss. Dane has obviously got a good grasp of his vendors & purchasers expectations/needs and has a thorough knowledge of the market in Pt. Stephens. Would not hesitate to have Dane deal with our real estate requirements in future.

The sale of my property went through at the right price and in very quick time due to Dane's great salesman skills! Dane has a great reputation in the area and that's why I went to him in the first place. I found Dane very easy to deal with. He was always keen to achieve the best result for me. He took the time to really understand what I wanted, he appears to keep in contact with a large number of interested buyers, and he worked hard to get the perfect result for me in an amazingly short time. I'm very impressed. Thank you Dane.
