I can not fault Dane and Erin for the wonderful job they have done. They never once not return my calls or answer anything that I may have had concerns about. Dane has gone out of his way to help me. As a single woman the process of selling a home can be very daunting but Dane explained everything in detail to me and always kept me informed. He has made the experience drama free on his part. I would recommend him and his team in a heartbeat

Dane and his company PRD run a smooth, efficient operation. Good communication and always quick to reply to messages, answer questions, etc. I found their service to be professional seemed to balance well the interests of the buyer and the seller.

Dane and Erin were always positive and always available when required. They never waned in their enthusiasm to sell our house, despite a few setbacks. They obviously had a very good knowledge of the Port Stephens market.

Very much on top of the local market and conditions. Dane has a very exciting approach to his profession which is both refreshing and innovative. Communication was very good at all times, with him and other members of the staff, who were invariably polite and helpful.
