Thanks to Dane and his team! In particular Ryan Hards!!! Our experience of securing our dream home was handled so smoothly from the beginning right until our exchange of contracts. I cannot recommend PRD port stephens highly enough and would definitely reach out to them if needed in the future. Thanks for making our dream a swift reality even though you were all supposed to be on your holidays! Many many thanks , Pia & Anthony Hill

I came to Nelson Bay with the intention of buying said unit, noticeably less interest in rather small purchase than selling one in Nowra. Would have liked process to have proceeded more rapidly and I think Tim would have liked also.

Dane's initial valuation of our property was in line with what we felt was in the correct price range for the market at the time. Dane outlined a strategy he believed was best suited for the sale of our particular property given its location and appeal to potential buyers. During the period our property was on the market both Dane and his colleague Erin kept in contact with us with regards to the process and any enquiries we made were promptly addressed. The end result was a sale price that exceeded our expectations and one we feel was due to the strategy Dane outlined at the beginning and the efforts of both himself and Erin to secure a successful outcome. We wish to sincerely thank both Dane and Erin and the entire PRD team at Port Stephens for their efforts as we live remote from the area and as such trust in their judgement and work ethic was a big factor for us and our trust was rewarded.

A certain TV advertisement said “when you’re on a good thing, stick to it” and that’s exactly what we have done with Dane. He has skilfully guided us through 4 separate property transactions, both buying and selling, most recently our first auction experience. Dane has such an in-depth knowledge of the local market that you feel reassured you are in safe hands. He has always been the epitome of professionalism and consistency. Clearly Dane loves what he does, it’s a passion and not just a job and so he pours all his effort and energy into his clients’ sales or purchases. We are grateful to have had Dane as our agent and wish him all the very best in the years to come.
