I cannot fault Jay, we were selling the property as it was a deceased estate and was a very hard time for my family to process. Jay was very compassionate to our needs. We went to auction which was a new experience for us however Jay explained the process easily. This transaction took a very long time due to continual new requested requirements/information from the buyer however Dane and Erin guided the sale through completion at the high end of my price expectations. Being non-resident locally my only suggestion would be some more direct communication as my solicitor was not great at communicating updates however whenever I reached out the team was responsive and informative. Ryan Hards works with Dane in the PRD sales team and managed the sales campaign for our property. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would recommend him to anyone ready to sell their property. He is very personable, easy to deal with and totally professional. He worked very hard to achieve a good result with numerous open homes and inspections and we never once doubted he was working 100% for us as vendors.
