Dane and Erin were very good they made us feel relaxed and confident with the price expectations and the house. As we do not live local it seemed to make no difference with communications and paperwork. We got $45,000 more than we were expecting and a price was agreed with the purchaser within one hour of the advertising going on line, which saved us some of the costs. Overall a excellent and hassle free experience from start to finish.

I was hesitant when given the task of selling a Port Stephens property while living in Sydney. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Tim. From that first call I felt confident I was in good hands. Tim proved to be the ultimate professional. His local market knowledge was extensive and accurate. As I was in Sydney Tim arranged for all inspections plus maintenance work that needed to be done. Specific issues with the property required an out of the box marketing plan. Tim did a fantastic job in formulating a targeted sales approach and had the expertise and contacts to carry it out. I was kept informed on a regular basis and never felt as if I was being ignored or forgotten given the distance factor. And while performing all this in a professional manner Tim was always good humoured and never too busy to speak with me. Tim was always upfront with his opinion while never pushing an agenda. The final sale went very smoothly and my property was sold at a great price. I found Tim to be honest, reliable and respectful in his dealings with me. Dane is so professional and yet warm and communicative. We were advised every step of the way re both positive and negative comments from lookers. Also, Erin added the reassuring touch when I was stressing about issues of timeline etc! They dealt with everything taking any anxiety from us.
