Thank you Dane for your hard work, professionalism and communication through this selling process. We felt comfortable in your guidance…everyone can sail with the wind but the strength of a true agent came through when we felt the wind direction changing all the time during this campaign and your true ability as an agent shown through! I rarely write a review, but this one has to be done. Dane has never given up on the sale of our property, in a changing market and with other waterfront properties selling below market value through his competitors, not only did Dane help us as a project manager while I was not able to be there to help get the property ready for sale, he stepped in and managed gardening, landscaping, painting and a lot of the time he came after hours to help himself. After getting to know Dane personally I quickly realised that he is not driven by the commission he is a genuine person that loves competition and no matter how hard the challenge is he will step up to get the best result for his client. I can not thank Dane enough and I highly recommend his services.

Confident, clear and concise, it's no-wonder Dane is the top agent in N.Bay and surrounding areas. He's across his brief, personable and is able to deliver results in an industry that's often plagued with drama. Cheers for the pleasant experience in selling our penthouse Dane.

PRD, Dane, Erin, Tristan and the Team. All involved in the preparation and sale of my parent's home, I thank you all. Professionalism, knowledge and support given to me was exceptional. It was an emotional experience for me and not only did Dane sell the home but supported me through the journey.

We were very impressed with our dealings with Tim De La Hunty. He is obviously very knowledgeable about real estate and people as displayed by his ability to broker our property transaction. Our purchase was made easier with Tim's professionalism, approachability and helpfulness.
Tim De La Hunty
Tim De La Hunty is very helpful, polite and a very pleasing agent to sell a property with. Always answering my texts and always helpful. Would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their property. Wouldn't consider any other agent should I need to sell again. The office staff is also very commendable, especially Elena Skora. Thank you so much.
